Supporting young people to be their best selves.

Child Coaching
My role as a mental health coach is to support your child in a gentle, encouraging way—helping them build confidence, manage stress, and navigate life’s challenges with more ease.
I work with children and teens who might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, unmotivated, or just unsure of how to express what they’re going through. This could be related to transitions and change, friendships and social skills, confidence and self-esteem, emotional regulation and understanding big feelings and all the challenges of growing up. Coaching gives them a safe space to talk openly, explore what’s going on, and learn practical tools to feel better and move forward.

This isn't therapy—I'm not diagnosing or treating—but I am here to help your child develop emotional skills, set meaningful goals, and grow into themselves with more clarity and self-trust.

My child was finding big emotions tricky. Laura helped him to better understand these, what they meant to him, and ways in which he could take control over them through better understanding himself.
Parent E.
Laura was wonderfully calm with my two children and taught them breathing and mindfulness techniques in a simple but fun way.
